They were one of the first families to discover the peninsula sold by the developer and they had handpicked the best two lots, they say. The water front of Lot#7 is described as sandy with pebbles, it slowly gets deep and after some 20m it drops off to about 1m deep. This feels like a nice safe area for kids to play and swim around. The water gets deep quickly after the first meter and this bay is about 80m deep which would invite anchorage for your boat. The family recalls very good swimming and fishing at their water frontage.

Power Poles are located at the property line of the gravel private road. There is additional deeded access between lot #2 + 3 to a community boat ramp.
