Finish up the 2 bedroom interior walls with some ship lap planking to suit your personal taste. Decorate the bath and complete it with a stand up shower stall or (claw foot) bathtub, as you fill it with the soft lake water. There is a pump which supplies the lake water directly to the cottage.
The cottage is wired like a home, powered via solar with 30 amp/120 volt.
For all those romatic at heart, there is also an outhouse on site.

In Lake Charlotte, turn onto Upper Lakeville Road for 3.5km to E&F Webber Lakeside Park. The subject property´s deeded parking spot is near the Lakeside Park, enjoy the free use of the Webber´s boat launch. A boat-docking-spot, needs to be arranged annually. May-Oct fee has been $300.
